CompatibilityMode is now autodetected. If you are not running the server version Movecraft was optimized for, it will automatically turn compatibilityMode on. Also this version has been upgraded for 1.7.10

This is in addition to the following new features previous released elsewhere:
1 - Customizable sinking behavior, including speed, smoking, continued motion, overall sink percent, and exploding on impact
2 - Metadata tag support for allowedBlocks and flyBlocks. IE: "35:0" for only white wool. Quotes and colon are required.
3 - Multiple flyblock block types to satisfy a single requirement. IE: [5,"43:2",125] would include all the wood plank types in one flyblock entry. Brackets are required.
4 - Less picky craft file interpreter, no longer requires 1.0 instead of 1, etc.
5 - Added requireWaterContact option to .craft files to force users to actually put vessels in the water
6 - Added subcraft rotate signs which allow you to rotate part of a larger craft while still moving with the larger craft. IE: turrets
