    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    The server.log says, it will create one, but the MotdManager folder stays empty.

    What version of the product are you using?
    v1.41-b20 and Spigot #1017 for 1.6.2

    Do you have an error log of what happened?

    2013-07-08 16:16:47 [INFO] [MotdManager] config.yml is not found! Created default config.yml!
    2013-07-08 16:16:47 [INFO] [MotdManager] version 1.41-b20 is enabled!
