    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. /reload / /motd reload
    2. Restarting
    3.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    All '&' changes to '?'

    What version of the product are you using?
    The newest.

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No

    Please provide any additional information below.
    When I make a colored motd it's OK. But when I reload or restart all '&' will change to '?'
