Ninth Beta v0.9 for Bukkit/Spigot 1.7.x - 1.8.x

Getting ready for release and thus finishing up some bugs and cleaning up.

Changelog

- Fixed some bugs when opening chests like material and display name not changing.

- Added a setcolor command for leather armour. Do /mi setcolor <Name Identifier> <RGB color>. All colors can be found here: http://www.endprod.com/colors/ under MSAccess.

- Made powers and miscellaneous' display usage instead of "wrong syntax!" to everything.

- Optimized looping through items, meaning the server won't lag if you have a lot of items and you break a block or kill an entity

- Added heal power

- Added consume event type

- Made console display error logs if something is wrong with the config.

- Fixed knockback not knocking back the oppening when clicking/sneaking

- Various bug fixes
