If you are running 1.15, the latest file is actually a 1.14 file, you need to click File and download the one for 1.15.

Plugin doesn't work for me :<. I put .jar file in plugins folder but nothing is happening. Server just doesn't detect it (after 'plugins' command it's not on the list'). Could you give me some advice please? Thank you

You probably clicked Download Latest File instead of downloading the 1.15 version.
