• Added price for setting via egg option.
• Made it so that you have to set a spawner to a mob type before it starts spawning mobs. (Fixes default pig spawners)
• Spawners not set with an egg will not drop an egg now. (No more unlimited pig eggs!)
• Fixed ocelot and iron golem spawners not dropping their proper eggs.

* You have to log out and back in to see the new mob in the spawner. This is a client side issue
* For spout to work properly you have to use a build later than 1.2.3-R0.2
