Welcome to the ultimate monster hell. I have brought together everything anyone everyone could ever want to do with monsters into one completely hellbent plugin. Use at your own risk.
Warning - Zombie digging is destructive, if you turn it on and configure it, please backup your worlds.
Plugin has been thoroughly tested as working properly, if you have trouble please report it so I can make it work for a wider range of setups!
PLEASE USE CRAFTBUKKIT 1.11 (R1) for version 19.6. Only Spigot supports this build. No other builds will work with this version.

Config
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/monster-apocalypse/pages/config/
(Is partially updated)
You will need to reference craftbukkit enums for drops and block attacking to work, failure to use valid enums could potentially break your plugin. You can find them here:
https://hub.spigotmc.org/javadocs/bukkit/org/bukkit/Material.html
You may want to play with Spawn Points, you can find the info here:
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/monster-apocalypse/pages/spawn-points/
If you wish to develop your own plugin with my health API, check this page:
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/monster-apocalypse/pages/health-api/
For Nightmare Mode, check here:
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/monster-apocalypse/pages/nightmare-mode/
Need multiple configs?
- Note: This is outdated and may not work.
How to set up multiple installations, for different custom difficulties on multiple worlds:
- Copy the MA jar and rename it.
- Rename the plugin inside plugin.yml of the second copy (within the jar), and remove the commands section.
- Disable registering the /MA command in the second copy's config.
- Double check that you have no world names overlapping between the two configs, and that your bonus and naturalistic spawns are restricted to the right worlds.
You now have two separate installations.

Projectiles (assuming your talking about ' projectiles: false' its concerning arrows. From bows or dispensers. True damage is set to a value. It ignores armour. A value of 5 would do 2.5 (20 health points, 2 per heart.) points of damage to their hearts i.e. Ignkring their armour rather than being absorbed by it.
please update this

And I have some questions.
What is Projectiles?
true damage (completely ignores armor): 0
what is this? on(1) and off(0)? or percentage?
Great plugin, using it to make a hardcore server. BUT: Two things. it wont accept the goldore for zombies, and i tried making squid attack (think sharks) but they dont really work.... ideas?
@Drakortha
Possibly, you certainly won't want to run over 20 players on 2gb of ram. I used to have this issue on a completely vanilla server on one computer, while it never presented itself on a different computer running the same file.
I've tried process of elimation with all my other plugins to try to figure out this memory leak problem and I still can't figure it out. Is there a recommended amount of RAM my server should have? My server has 2gb and after around 2 hours of having this mod running my memory hits 105% slowly over time then crashes. Do I simply need more memory?
@blainicus
try adding depend: Multiverse in the config.yml :D
@sylphio
Good idea on the rename. If I get more comments about it i'll post that in the description.
Well spotted on the explosion bug, this is fixed in the next version now.
Could we get golum configuration in a future update? It'd be awesome to have a use for golems vs zombies by increasing their damage and hp. Maybe even an option to have them shoot fireballs? :P
Great plugins... we have a lot of fun with it on my server:-)
To help the other guys, concerning the problem with plugin loading order that some people are having "Invalid map ..... plugin disabled". I solved the problem by renaming the plugin zMonsterApocalypse.jar :) that way it is higher that multiverse in the alphabetic order and it solved my problem on win7. In theory it is not related but in my case the plugin load in almost alphabetic order. May not work for everybody.
I am using the version 4.0a on bukkit 1.1 dev (dont reming the exact version) and everything is fine for us with the exception that the creeper "explosion enhancement" affect all my world including the ones not in the "worlds" section of the config file. Dont know why?
Thank you blainicus Sylphio
Found it! The config file is not fully explained. The first line, world needs to be written as so:
Worlds: - world
Which I didnt know :P All good!
@tallfrogte
Wait until I release the version for bukkit 1.1. There's a good chance one of the old bugs is stopping you.
Hey,
I'm in need of some enlightenment. I've tried both versions suggested here so as the recommended Bukkit versions. None of them seems to activate the plugin. I've tried to change some settings in the config and no results. (Setting night only, choosing a single world, bonus waves etc.) I have no other installed plug-ins other than Monster Apocalypse.
Thank you
@Djrowling
Yes it does. Read the description.
@Drakortha
No, however despawning should take care of this if you set your period lower.
Does this have multiworld support? It would be amazing if it were added,
With the spawners, is there a way to give them a limit on how many monsters can spawn? I noticed after a few hours of no players in the area there were about 1000 zombies walking around
@Drakortha
Only a very minor one from the increased number of mobs.
It must be my end then. My server runs on about 2gb ram, is that enough for this plugin? Should I even be seeing an increase in RAM usage?
@Drakortha
There's only two possiblities, either you set your monster spawns too high, or you're having that issue from something else. Minecraft doesn't like running on less than 1gb. I've been testing thoroughly for memory leaks and definately don't have any. I can link about 3 servers off-hand running my plugin 24/7 without a problem.
I'm still having that memory leak issue. After about 2 hours the RAM usage on the server exceeds 100% and everyone lags. The only way to fix it is to restart the server every 2 hours. Any idea for a better solution? Cheers
Drat, gotta' wait for the 1.1 update then. Hope it comes out soon!
