    What is your config version?
    2.4
    Do you use MySQL?
    No
    What steps cause the error?
    1. Submit a ticket
    2. Make sure the ticket is unclaimed
    3. /claim 37
    4. "You do not have permission to claim that ticket"
    ...

    Do you have an error log of the event.
      No console error is generated

    I have this problem as well. I am OP and am not able to claim tickets, but I can still comment and tp to them as normal.
