Bukkit

Hey this plugin looks AMAZING but i cant seem to figure out how to make it actually do something.  I have looked at your website and seen the tutorials on it but when ever i copy over anything to the whateverEvent.txt file it doesn't do anything on the server even after a server restart.

For example I am trying to use this

<event action="tell"
       message="You sheared a sheep!"
       target="shearer"/>

Just to test the plugin out but when i shear a sheep on the server nothing happens. It is in the sheared.txt folder.

any advice as to how i can make your plugin work? I would love to have this amazing plugin on my server! Thanks!
