V4.9.0 Minecraft 1.12 release

This is my first Minecraft 1.12 release :cool: The new mobs - Parrot and Illusioner added, including a chance to get Parrot/Illusioner skull as a rewards.

I have build this V4.9.0 with Minecraft 1.12-pre2 and tested on the SpigotMC 1.12-pre2 server md_5 released today! Alot of my 1.11.2 plugins on my test server broke when I installed the 1.12-pre2 server, but after disabling the plugin which failed, I was able to test my MobHunting V4.9.0, so now its ready for the real Minecraft 1.12 release.

MobHunting V4.9.0 support now MC 1.7.10 - MC 1.12.
