Ability for OP/Admin (or those with perm) to target a player with /md #145

    I have been having fun letting my kids mess around with this plugin, but I noticed that there is no way to target a player with the command.

    As of right now I have perms set for non-hostile mobs for them on their creative world, but it would be nice to be able to do something like /md [player][mobtype] as an OP/Admin (or someone else with perm for that) so that I could change them into a monster type disguise without them having perm access to it.

    Might you consider adding this feature?
