    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Disabling a mob in the blacklist

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Not being able to turn into that mob. You can still turn into it.

    What version of the product are you using?
    Latest

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I have no permissions plugin, this is the only plugin I have. The config file is all default, apart from setting enderdragon to false, except people can still turn into it.
