This is a simple plugin that pays and/or fines players for killing mobs. It integrates with iConomy v4-6, BOSEconomy v6-7, Essential Economy, and MultiCurrency for giving out rewards and PermissionsBukkit for permission handling. MobBounty is a full featured plugin that comes with many ways to customize your server to be unique from the others who have the same plugin!
Ranged rewards to allow for a randomly generated reward within a range.
Multi-world support allowing for different rewards/fines depending on the world.
Multiply the rewards/fines depending on the environment, player's permission group, time, and/or world.
Option for Mob Spawner Protection to prevent rewards if a mob spawner is within a specified radius of a player.
Option for Depreciative Return to prevent camping of a single mob via a mob spawner. Also the option to change the rate in which the reward depreciates.
Custom messages and locale support.
Admin commands to change any setting in game, in real time, without restarting the server.
Great plugin. I was wondering if you could confirm that this plugin is doing everything you intended it to do on bukkit #1597? Could you just add your 1597 download so we know your happy with it? How long do you think before its ready?
The basic bounties work, but the fluctuations, depreciations, and multipliers aren't working. You just get the same amount each time. Also, I recall getting money from blazes right next to their spawner and I have it set to 16 block radius... Is it because it's not updated?
I'm getting the exact same issue. However, when I start the server local on a Windows Machine, it works perfectly fine. When I do it on a hosted Linux server, it gets that error. Both are exactly the same.
I'm not sure if that helps anyone explain the issue or how to fix it...
I'm having an issue with this. Admins and ops seem to be able to collect rewards no problem, but my default users and builders cannot. I set the permission node of MobBounty.collect but it still does nothing. Any help?
please add SuperPerms support - if you did, I think you did it wrong. I'm using bPermissions - supporting SuperPerms - I added the new nodes, though I still wonder why you changed from mobbounty to MobBounty - however, I don't get any money.
I'm using Iconomy5 and I think thats what is important. Version 4.05 working perfectly, 4.2 does not.
To prevent admins from getting money from killings mobs to get money on my server, I set -MobBounty.collect as a permission node in groupmanager, however, admins are still able to collect money from killing mobs? Am I doing something wrong or is it the MobBounty plugin?
Thanks

at least for me MB does not reward killing with box&arrow - and blazes are "monsters" - update for 1.0 ?

@IchigoKyger Not sure if you've abandoned this project, but if you haven't could you possibly add PEX support.
Please update for the newest RB of 1.0.1 so Enderdragons give you money. Like lets say.... 10k?
Will support the new mobs?
@systemAdmin Thanks!! Now be used again!
Does this plugin allows to block the usual Minecraft drops of the mobs and override the custom ones?
Does this plugin prevents drops when mobs die from suffocation, fire, drown, fall (natural death)?
Thanks
@arsjet
Ok. I found my fix. Delete the config files. Reload the plugin, and manually edit the config in game via /mb commands.

This is probably the best Mob rewarding plugin. Thanks! :)
I'm using a 1.8.1 server and CB 1337. I'm trying to set up so that people get a bounty in all worlds, exept one, that is creative
I'm using permissionsbukket and superprmbridge
permissions: MobBounty.collect: true MobBounty.commands.mb: true worlds: creative: MobBounty.collect: false
Is there som other way that I can do this, cause it isen't working

There are no rewards for Zombie Pigmen. Every other Mob gives money but the Zombie Pigman. Any way to fix this ?
@wannabemac
Getting the same thing as our lower class members are getting money even with a:
- -MobBounty.collect
Exclusion.
We are using PEX.
Kinda annoying.
When all the noob members are like 'whats credit????????'

what's this?
Please add an option to define a random reward in between two given numbers. CookieMonster was able to do this.
Hi, it can be possible add a setting for switch beetwin econ plugins ?
I use essentials and iConomy 6 and mobbounty only reconize essentials.
Anyway, great mod. Thanks.
