Bukkit

• No longer attempts to kill expired mobs that are already dead.
• Task is registered as synchronous rather than asynchronous. Reduces (but not eliminates) the possibility of deadlock when lots (> thousands) of mobs are being killed by this plugin.
• Mobs killed when drops are removed now go through their death animations.
• Source code is now included as part of the jar file.
