Mob Armor
Since minecraft 1.4, mobs have had a chance to spawn with armor. This plugin allows you to spawn mobs with ANY armor, ANY item in their hand, ANYTIME!
Features:
- 4 armored mob types: zombie, skeleton, wither skeleton, and zombie pigman.
- 4 passive mobs: sheep, pig, dog, cat
- Easy to use: wear the armor you want and do a command!
- Baby mobs! (Zombie, Zombie Pigman, Sheep, Pig, Cat, Dog)
- Works with dyed and enchanted items!
- Mobs can be spawned using command blocks and the console!
- Customizable armor drop chance!
- You can make armored mobs spawn naturally too!
In-game use:
- Wear the desired armor (the armor you want the mob to have).
- Hold the desired item in your hand.
- Do /armormob <mob>!
* Optional: To make a baby mob, do /armormob <mob> baby
* Permission: mobarmor.mob
Console and Command Block use:
- The command: /armormob <mob> <item> <armor> <world> <x> <y> <z>
- <item> is the item the mob will be holding
- valid <armor> types: leather, chainmail, gold, iron, diamond
- <world> means the name of your world.
- <x> <y> <z> specify the location where the mob will be spawned.
* You can spawn baby mobs here too, just add 'baby' to the end.
* Using this, you can create invisible overpowered mob spawners!
Passive Mobs:
- Only works as player: /passivemob <mob> [data] [baby]
- Works anywhere: /passivemob <mob> <world> <x> <y> <z> [data] [baby]
- When spawning sheep, [data] means the wool color
- When spawning pigs, type 'saddle' for [data] to spawn a saddle pig
- Adding 'baby' makes the mob a baby.
* Same permission: mobarmor.mob
* You CAN make baby pigs with saddles and ride them!
Natural Spawning:
- Go to the config.yml, which is generated the first time you run your server with MobArmor
- Set "enable" to true to enable natural armored mob spawning
- From there, you can customize the items and spawning chance per mob
- Here's a tutorial on how to do it: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/mob-armor/pages/config-tutorial/
Custom Drop Chance:
- Look at the block the target mob is standing on
- Do /dropchance <item> <helmet> <chestplate> <leggings> <boots>
- <item> is the chance of the mob dropping the item in its hand, <helmet> is the chance of dropping the helmet, etc.
* You should see a message saying "You have set the drop chance for [mob]"
Hope you enjoy!
can someone update this pls!!!!!
Can you make it so you can use enchanted items in the config for natural spawns?
Please add a changing mob spawner code
could you please give a example for the dropchance command as i can't seem to figure it out :,(
@A1legged
I'll see if I can find a way to do that. Maybe automatically, or maybe you will have to add the .5 in the command. Having the mobs spawn at the corners of blocks would definitely become an issue if your mobs spawn in walls.
Can you make a feature were it will spawn them in the middle of the block by having the (X)= 54.5 (Y)= 60 (Z)=-65.5 (Those are just example coords) becuase I am not able to set them in 1 specific block for the Command block. They spawn at the corner.
(what i am asking is for the adding of .5) to the coords.
@DeadRodenter
Yes, I knew they had the same class file. Otherwise I would've been able to include them in version 1, but it took me a while to figure out to set skeleton types. What I really wasn't expecting was that the wither skeleton would shoot fire arrows.
Also, because wither skeletons and regular skeletons use the same class file, there is a very small chance that if you use a spider spawn egg in the nether it will spawn a wither skeleton jockey.
@Jeremaster103
That's because the wither skeleton still uses the skeleton class file. The wither skeleton still counts as a skeleton so it uses the same AI. You can say it is like colored sheep. They look different but still act the same.
EDIT: This is also why there is no wither skeleton egg in creative inventory.
Just noticed while testing: You know how if you give a zombie a bow, it will try to punch you with the bow? (Instead of shooting?) I thought this was the case for all non-skeleton mobs. But if you give a bow to a wither skeleton, it will still shoot you - with fire arrows.
@Jeremaster103
Awsome :D
@Xekonkaii
Just added Wither Skeleton in v1.4. :)
I love this plugin but is it possible to add the Wither Skeleton?
I love the plugin and I have a few suggestions.
1. Could you add a command to turn the mob you are looking at into a mob spawner with its custom data on it? including enchants and potion effects? or a command so that instead of spawning the mob it makes a mob spawner in front of you? With that I can go in with an nbtedit plugin and change it to my liking but that command would make custom spawner making a LOT faster.
2. Is it possible to make custom spawn eggs that spawn the custom mobs?
3. An option to change the chance of mobs dropping there stuff. example: /armormob zombie 10 20 10 10 10. the first number is the chance of the item in its hand dropping and the other 4 for its armor. (head,chestplate,leggings,boots) and also support for decimal percents such as: 0.5 0.01.
That's all my suggestions for now. again great plugin!
How about multiple options with percentages? That would add a-lot! If possible, of course.
@This_Guy_is_Pixelated
Fixing that. Thx for letting me know! XD
ik there is no point of this comment but u put a zombie pitman instead of a pigmen lol
Yes, I may add support for customizing drop chance in a future update if you guys want.
As for mob heads, I'm not sure about adding them in natural spawning, but I will try to add support for it when you do /armormob. I might even be able to make them spawn with player heads!
The mobs drops there armor and weapon at the same chance that mobs drop there stuff when they naturally spawn.
Do the mobs drop their armor?

如何才能让怪物自然产卵出随机组合的护甲?
未来版本能否对怪物头颅添加支持?
