COMPLETE Revamp! ==Recoded whole plugin with more features! This now includes:

- Reason support: /Freeze <Player> <Reason>.

- You can now look/jump while frozen.

- Sends messages at a steady pace, (Every 15seconds).

- Bug fixing at the moment! Will fix most bugs soon.

- Please leave your suggestions/bugs below and I'll get round to fixing them.

- Currently away, So I will not be able to respond as fast as usual.

Reason is currently NEEDED, Making optional when I get round to it.
