As most of you have already worked out, public support for this project has been non existent. Unfortunately with the workload of trying to manage and run a server network where minigames is only 1 out of what feels like 1000 projects we maintain... It gets hard trying to find time to help everyone.
But fear not this project is indeed not abandoned! We have moved the project to SpigotMC:

Minigames is a plugin in which users can create and play several types of Minigames on a server, without the risk of losing items or XP when they die. Players can also use checkpoints so when they die, they are reverted back to that position.
The Possible Minigame types are:
- Single Player - for jump puzzles, mazes etc.
- Last Man Standing - A multiplayer Free for All (FFA) PvP Minigame
- Race - A Multiplayer race Minigame
- Team Deathmatch - A deathmatch round against 2 teams, first to a defined score wins!
- Deathmatch - A free for all deathmatch round against any predefined amount of players, first to a defined score wins!
- Spleef - Its possible to create custom Spleef arenas, as well as your standard spleef arena.
- Treasure Hunt - A global treasure finding Minigame that is always running
- CTF - An expansion to the Team Deathmatch Minigame.
- Infection - An expansion to the Team Deathmatch Minigame where the infected players must kill all survivors.

Purpose:
Minigames was created for players to play games within a server and win prizes for completion, also to let players play PvP games without the risk of losing their hard earned items and XP. Minigames also reward players for completing each Minigame, or with PvP Minigames, the player can be rewarded with 'bets' that players make before they start the Minigame. These bets can be in Economy money or preset items.
These Minigames can be created in any style the player wishes, for example, parkour jump puzzles, mazes and treasure hunts. As well as PvP games like CTF, races and more. You are given a lot of options to add to each Minigame individually, so they are all completely customisable.

Metrics
This plugin utilizes Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:
- A unique identifier
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The core count for the CPU
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
- And the amount of players playing games. Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.

1.9 Build works fine! :D I found only one Bug... I made an OITC-Test-Game (Multiplayer - Lifes - MinPlayers 2 - MaxPlayers 4). If 2 Players join, the game will start. But if a player left, the game starts with only 1 Player.
+ I like this awesome Plugin! You can "make" your "own" Minigame. After lots of Test - It's easy! If you know how, you can make so cool stuff! I hope an Update (maybe with more possibilities - So that you can/change everything. Example: That you can make a Mario-Party Game (Minigame with Minigames).) comes soon! :D

Hi ! I have a problem. How i can set the objective like stat.mineBlock.minecraft.diamond_block ? (for exemple) Or can you add this please because its will be super ! Thanks for your help !
Seems to be MEGA problems with this plugin, anyone have a better one for 1.9?

Its work on 1.9.2 too, but too much bugs
Hiya ive just updated to 1.9 and now when i start a multiplayer Deathmatch the counter goes 5, 4, 4, 4, 4, 4, 4, 4 it sticks on 4 or sometimes dosent go down to 4 just stays at 5, how can fix this?
I think version for 1.9 is buggy because i cant set custom time, custom colored armor for teams nothing... :/

How do you set up the check point in a free for all area? It keeps tell me "Your hand must be empty to use this sign" and it is empty then i do /mg revert and it tells me " You currently dont have any global checkpoints"
Add gamemode 3 for spectate minigame
I'm probably missing something obvious but how do I make it so players can eat in a minigame? With the defaults eating food has no affect on the hunger bar, I'm using version 1.6.4 on MC 1.7.10 if that's relevant.
I just realised that they can't be fed at all whist in the game, even using commands or signs from other plugins etc, with the exception of /heal from essentials, /feed does nothing.
Also having a problem with the loser/s inventories not being restored (every single time), love this plugin and have used it for years but unless I can fix this it's unusable for me in 1.7.10 :(
Update: Ok ignore that, upgraded to the latest version, even though it only says it's for MC 1.8, and everything seems to be working fine now :)
I realized after posting my comment that the usage of /mg join has changed since i last used the plugin making my question/request unneeded. sorry to have bothered you.
If a player disconnects from a minigame, and rejoins, they spawn in the spot they left. It does not take them back to the end or quit position. The player is not in a minigame when they rejoin, but they are still "in the minigame" area.

Not sure if others have asked for it but could you add a join command that doesnt automatically join the game? so players could do something like /mg joingame {minigame name} and if it is waiting for people it would let them join, if it allows late join it would let them join, or if it was full and didn't allow late join it would tell them its full? Just so it could remove the requirement of having a sign on a cluttered server? it would require that people have permission to do that command but it wouldnt send people straight into running games. Thanks for your time :)
