As most of you have already worked out, public support for this project has been non existent. Unfortunately with the workload of trying to manage and run a server network where minigames is only 1 out of what feels like 1000 projects we maintain... It gets hard trying to find time to help everyone.
But fear not this project is indeed not abandoned! We have moved the project to SpigotMC:

Please Note I have provided updated downloads for all versions back to 1.7 .. We are trying to get some idea of what versions people are running still and what we need to focus on...updating will help us target our product improvements.

Minigames is a plugin in which users can create and play several types of Minigames on a server, without the risk of losing items or XP when they die. Players can also use checkpoints so when they die, they are reverted back to that position.
The Possible Minigame types are:
- Single Player - for jump puzzles, mazes etc.
- Last Man Standing - A multiplayer Free for All (FFA) PvP Minigame
- Race - A Multiplayer race Minigame
- Team Deathmatch - A deathmatch round against 2 teams, first to a defined score wins!
- Deathmatch - A free for all deathmatch round against any predefined amount of players, first to a defined score wins!
- Spleef - Its possible to create custom Spleef arenas, as well as your standard spleef arena.
- Treasure Hunt - A global treasure finding Minigame that is always running
- CTF - An expansion to the Team Deathmatch Minigame.
- Infection - An expansion to the Team Deathmatch Minigame where the infected players must kill all survivors.

Purpose:
Minigames was created for players to play games within a server and win prizes for completion, also to let players play PvP games without the risk of losing their hard earned items and XP. Minigames also reward players for completing each Minigame, or with PvP Minigames, the player can be rewarded with 'bets' that players make before they start the Minigame. These bets can be in Economy money or preset items.
These Minigames can be created in any style the player wishes, for example, parkour jump puzzles, mazes and treasure hunts. As well as PvP games like CTF, races and more. You are given a lot of options to add to each Minigame individually, so they are all completely customisable.

Metrics
This plugin utilizes Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:
- A unique identifier
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The core count for the CPU
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
- And the amount of players playing games. Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.

This plugin is not working for me. I'm pretty sure i made it right, but when i try to join it says "An internal error occurred while trying to perform this command"

Teleporting is disabled already, theres just a bug in the current version that still enables players to tp to a different world (Fixed in next version). If you have WorldGuard, you can apply a command blacklist to it as a temporary fix.
May I request that there be a option in the setup of the minigame to disallow all commands while Playing? I have a Duel Minigame and The Players are taking the Diamond Armor and Doing /home with it. Any Suggestions to stop this in the Meantime would be awesome. Thanks For Reading this!

Hey, I'd like to know if you're going to add the feature in Spleef to break other blocks too like wool. I use the Spleef plugin where you can break wool blocks too and stuff. I'd like to use your plugin because it has more features than just Spleef but it's mostly the wool feature that's missing for me. And is it possible to activate the ticket section?

Just world guard the arena. Minigames disallow block breaking and placing (besides spleef where they can break ONLY snow blocks). I'm not too certain but I think you need a build allow on the floor to allow players to actually break it though.

Still trying to work out why the Minigame sometimes doesn't save. Have you placed the Minigame in a non standard world (not world, the nether or the end). For example one generated using an external plugin?
Just a question, can you set a protected area for the mini game, so players cant destroy blocks? Or the area while playing? Or is it safe to use world guard region and just set it to no break / build in that area, and it will work inside the region just fine?
(Just in case, i am doing a mini spleef , bow and arrow game, inside an area surrounded by bedrock, with a reward.) Thanks!

I encountered this issue tonight too on my own server. Annoyed the hell out of me because it was such a large Minigame. I will look into whats causing them to not save. Weird part is the other ones I made recently saved just fine :/

Now i try it with saving...and /stop command....and when i relog it still keep saying Minigame doesn't exist and then i must again make new one...

Huh unusual, you're now the second person who's had this issue. Are you properly stopping the server using the "/stop" command before hand, or in case of restarting, "/reload"? Also, have you enabled the Minigame? "/mgm set <minigame> enabled true" will force a save on it. If so, I'll see if I can find the problem, because atm, I'm not having that issue at all.
Hi Razz and others.... Can you help me please? When i restart server(i save it at all) and start it again Minigame (at me(parkore)) doesn't exist anymore How do I repair this? Thx for answers

That may be the case actually, alternatively you could (if you have world guard) use their regions to hurt players if they fall out of the play area. I may implement a way for the Minigame to automatically quit the player if they fall off the arena in the future though.

I've noticed this too, but this may not be a minigame related issue. It's the lava and lighting that is giving me the issue of perceived lag in the minigames that I create. Any games without lava run like a charm. Most likely the lighting updates are causing the lag, at least that is my assumption.

How far are the players teleporting when the Minigame starts? Teleporting over a distance can suffer major lag as the Minigame starts (unfixable). Other than that I haven't had any issues with lag in Spleef. Sure it isn't anything else?
Hello, the spleef minigame has a problem. Something in the plugin is making it appear to lag when people break the snow, which takes away from their enjoyment of the game. I tested breaking the same snow without entering the game, and it doesn't happen. Do you know if this can be fixed?

Dude, respect plugin developers time. They do this for free you cannot simply require them to answer. I wish i could answer something creative to your question, but i havent the knowledge to give you the answer you need.
