Minigames
== NOTICE == 9 Aug 2016 ==
As most of you have already worked out, public support for this project has been non existent. Unfortunately with the workload of trying to manage and run a server network where minigames is only 1 out of what feels like 1000 projects we maintain... It gets hard trying to find time to help everyone.
But fear not this project is indeed not abandoned! We have moved the project to SpigotMC:

++Update Note Aug 2017++
Please Note I have provided updated downloads for all versions back to 1.7 .. We are trying to get some idea of what versions people are running still and what we need to focus on...updating will help us target our product improvements.
The files section contains various version downloads OR you can dowload them : - here

Purpose:
Minigames was created for players to play games within a server and win prizes for completion, also to let players play PvP games without the risk of losing their hard earned items and XP. Minigames also reward players for completing each Minigame, or with PvP Minigames, the player can be rewarded with 'bets' that players make before they start the Minigame. These bets can be in Economy money or preset items.
These Minigames can be created in any style the player wishes, for example, parkour jump puzzles, mazes and treasure hunts. As well as PvP games like CTF, races and more. You are given a lot of options to add to each Minigame individually, so they are all completely customisable.

Metrics
This plugin utilizes Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:
- A unique identifier
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The core count for the CPU
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
- And the amount of players playing games. Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.
Minigame Mashup:
We Be Pirates (Teaser)
Basic Region & Nodes Tutorial
I am using Minigame 1.7.0 and for some reason my players cant capture the enemy flag. Also, when I do the command /mgm set (Arena) start red 1, it says it doesn't recognise the color red or blue.
@Cmoor
I tried 1.8.3 Spigot still not working, I need to know do I need to set the region within minigames using this command "/mg set <minigame> region select 1" cause I can't seem to get that to work I get no errors. is there another way to select the region?
@Ironic8b49
Do you HAVE to be on 1.8.7? As I said early I'm using Spigots 1.8.6 and works flawlessly
@Cmoor
Ok on a fresh server, with vault and Minigames only. Still getting the same issues, guess I will have to wait for them to fix this plugin so I can run on Craftbukkit 1.8.7
@Tainted_Chimera
There should be an option in the minigame GUI to enable block restore. I believe it should recover from tnt damage as well
@Ironic8b49
That might be best. Good thing your doing this on a test server haha
@Cmoor
I'm doing this all on a testing server so I down graded my bukkit version to 1.8 and it still didn't work. I feel the problem might be the world edit or world guard which are both 6.1.1. I can start a new server with just the minigames to see if it will work and then add plugins one at a time to see if and when it stops working
Is there no way to restore blocks destroyed by TNT during minigames?
@FrostyzDrink
In the minigames GUI. Towards the bottom you'll see an option for blacklist/whitelist items. Just place a snow block in there and then save the minigame to take effect.
Where would h specify the blocks that can be broken?
@FrostyzDrink
only if you specify that snow_blocks can be broken, that would be the only thing they can break. and yes it should rollback after each match. though i have seen where sometimes some blocks are missed. i do not know why this happens but it does happen to be every so often
Thanks, also can ppl break blocks while in game? And will the zone reset to original after each match? Like rollback?
@FrostyzDrink
https://github.com/Razz0991/Minigames/wiki/Loadouts See if this helps you
@Ironic8b49
im only using the the bukkit version. Though I am using spigot 1.8.6 and your using craftbukkit 1.8.7 so it may not be completely compatible with that version just yet. but who knows
@FrostyzDrink
minigame.loadout.(loadoutName) I am not 100% on this but im pretty sure that is it. Create a loadout and use that loadout name in that permission. You might have to give minigame.loadout.menu to players then if you do not want loadout signs
@Cmoor
yes it seems like it mining fatigue. I also updated the 1.70 version to the dev #140, still got the mining fatigue and other issues.
Is there a way to add different kits for example CTF? And if you can add different kits can you set permissions so that only default people can access a certain amount of kits, while perhaps higher rankings get access to other kits?
@Ironic8b49
looks as if mining fatigue has made its way into your spleef
@Cmoor
World Guard is not blocking me from breaking the block. it's like I move the shovel in slow motion and not block attempts to break
@Ironic8b49
if you set a region "inside" the arena, assuming it is a boxed shaped arena, you can worldguard to deny pvp and set a flag to break a certain block. Also, I say box shaped because its easy to use worldguard/worldedit but it is possible to setup a different shaped spleef just a bit more time consuming thats all
