As most of you have already worked out, public support for this project has been non existent. Unfortunately with the workload of trying to manage and run a server network where minigames is only 1 out of what feels like 1000 projects we maintain... It gets hard trying to find time to help everyone.
But fear not this project is indeed not abandoned! We have moved the project to SpigotMC:

Please Note I have provided updated downloads for all versions back to 1.7 .. We are trying to get some idea of what versions people are running still and what we need to focus on...updating will help us target our product improvements.

Minigames is a plugin in which users can create and play several types of Minigames on a server, without the risk of losing items or XP when they die. Players can also use checkpoints so when they die, they are reverted back to that position.
The Possible Minigame types are:
- Single Player - for jump puzzles, mazes etc.
- Last Man Standing - A multiplayer Free for All (FFA) PvP Minigame
- Race - A Multiplayer race Minigame
- Team Deathmatch - A deathmatch round against 2 teams, first to a defined score wins!
- Deathmatch - A free for all deathmatch round against any predefined amount of players, first to a defined score wins!
- Spleef - Its possible to create custom Spleef arenas, as well as your standard spleef arena.
- Treasure Hunt - A global treasure finding Minigame that is always running
- CTF - An expansion to the Team Deathmatch Minigame.
- Infection - An expansion to the Team Deathmatch Minigame where the infected players must kill all survivors.

Purpose:
Minigames was created for players to play games within a server and win prizes for completion, also to let players play PvP games without the risk of losing their hard earned items and XP. Minigames also reward players for completing each Minigame, or with PvP Minigames, the player can be rewarded with 'bets' that players make before they start the Minigame. These bets can be in Economy money or preset items.
These Minigames can be created in any style the player wishes, for example, parkour jump puzzles, mazes and treasure hunts. As well as PvP games like CTF, races and more. You are given a lot of options to add to each Minigame individually, so they are all completely customisable.

Metrics
This plugin utilizes Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:
- A unique identifier
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The core count for the CPU
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
- And the amount of players playing games. Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.

Long usernames don't get placed on scoreboard signs. It will just show 1. and a blank name. Is there a way you can truncate the name so at least something is put up there instead of nothing?

a.E. Free For All (FFA) is the second Minigame type available. This is your standard deathmatch type usually based around PVP. Score Types may be used with this Minigame type but are not required. As of Minigames 1.6.0, this game type must be used to create race Minigames.
Once this game type is won, all restore blocks and player changes made within the Minigame will be restored back to the way the Minigame was before it started.
You can set this game type ingame by typing: /minigame set <Minigame> type FREE_FOR_ALL

/minigame set minigamename preset spleef. Though I've tried this as well and get an error myself. I go checkout the preset in plugin folder and it's empty.
Hey, I'm currently trying to create a Spleef match...
and when i type:
/set Spleef type lms
it says:
Error: Invalid minigame type!
Iv created Spleef matches before and have never had this problem.

Nevermind, I changed "convert.inventories" in the main config to false, and it appears to work for now. I wish that was explanatory from the config.
EDIT: I also deleted the inventories folder inside the playerdata folder. That also may have worked.
I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but when players leave a certain minigame they lose all their items. Please help me fix this as fast as you can, thanks :)
By the way, the minigame is a free-for-all pvp game, and I used the Last Man Standing preset.
how do the command rewards work btw? i am using this to give enjin points to the winner team/player. just want to be sure im doing it correctly. otherwise i really love the 1.7 release! its great and so much has went into this release!
Hello!
So I have a server running this plugin, but had some problems after the 1.7 update. Whenever I edit the configuration, it resets itself to the defaults. Also, I made sounds for my server, so (for ex. CTF) when somebody takes the flag, it will play a sound, saying "You've got their flag!" I want it to do it, but there is a condition that has no editable options, which is the node condition, Has_required_flags.
I am just posting this just to see if I can get help or if anyone else had this similar problem.

Idk how, but when rightclicking on the RED or BLUE team sign, it kills the player. Ofc theres a stacktrace given. Mostly caused in CTF arenas, I disabled them. I'll do a ticket if I sees necessarily.

Could you make it so when you capture a flag by right clicking on a banner you wear it on your head?

Thank you very much!!! the tp to starting positions didnt work. It went to my first ever minigame and not the one i set it for (some sort of bug?) But thats fine because I just used the co-ordinates and it worked great!

Thank your for the reply but it doesn't solve my problem. I'm trying to configure a dungeon PvE with Bosses. I try to add a NPC (Citizen & Beton Quest) in the lobby, it's ok players can talk to him without problems. My problem is that i try to have different lobbies for the different betonquest reputation a player can unlock. The stuff in each lobby is different for each reputation. In fact the NPC will display all stuff option, the player will chose his best option and the NPC will teleport him in a room with the loadout he can access. Unfortunately, teleport by this way can't work. I need to create 1 room for 1 set of loadout.
@Rouchesta + nick331999 - Yep absolutely, you need to use the built in minigame teleport command to bypass the teleport protections minigames has. do /mg tp and it shows the various ways you can utilize the teleport (player to player, player back to checkpoint, specific co-ords etc...)
