Cleanup and consolidation of code, allow mines to have surface ores hidden.

Changelog:

• No longer apply physics to blocks reset, saving server resources on resets
• Update alerts
• Surface ore flag

Some people are having issues with the version uploaded here. If you get an error about a version mismatch, use this instead.
