Recompiled using 1.2.5, same caveats as before. /estates goto is broken but this is easily mitigated by simply setting the "teleport" flag for each region.

rent/lease functionality remains to be implemented, still no file-based DB but allows mineestates its own mysql db rather than relying on worldguard's db.
