Added the following features:

• Replacement-Tags in the config
• Automatic checking for updates
• added "/lottery help", and "/lottery reload" command
• Changed the system getting the random item, so it should work with Minecraft 1.7.2
• Added blacklist/whitelist
• Removed german text from the config
• Made the code look nicer
• Added remote lottery
• Added te possibility, to disable allowing the user to do lottery more than once a day.
• Added support for colors
