Using [lift up] [lift down] signs error: Could not pass event VehicleUpdateEvent to MinecartMania #93

    No Problems on using the elevator block (red wool) with no sign.

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Using the elevator block with a [lift up] or [lift down] sign will create the "Could not pass event" error and ignore the sign. > minecart will be teleported every time, ignoring if a lift up or lift down sign exists.

    What is the expected output?
    Minecart should not be teleported up if using a [lift down] sign

    What do you see instead?
    Minecart is teleported in every case.

    What version of the product are you using?
    CraftBukkit version git-Spigot-1227 (MC: 1.7.2) (Implementing API version 1.7.2-R0.3-SNAPSHOT)
    same error on spigot-1.7.2-R0.2 Build 1203
