    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Install plugin 2.1.1 beta1 3/21/2013     1.5.1

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    The rail only works with redstone when you stand 1 block from being. Else Nothing work with redstone.

    What version of the product are you using?
    2.1.1 beta1 3/21/2013     1.5.1
    craftbukkit-1.5.1-R0.1-20130328.013150-24

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No error Messages
