What steps will reproduce the problem?
Not exactly sure. It just happens randomly and will spam it about 10 or 11 times then not happen again for a random period of time.

What version of the product are you using?
1.5.1

Do you have an error log of what happened?

Also, carts will dispense from a chest onto an obsidian block but nothing will make them move. Would the above error cause this?
