Bukkit

I'm not sure if I've done something wrong, or what. Basically, Powered Rails don't behave like powered rails at all. They don't stop minecarts when not powered, nor do they push carts along when powered. I've tried altering the config in every entry I can think of to change. Even tried adding a bit to it, to see if the plugin will recognize powered rails as command blocks. Didn't work.

SO, my problem is I need powered rails to behave like normal. Any help would be awesome. :)
