NOTICE: If you're running an older version of this plugin, you'll have to remove the config.yml and let it create a new one!

1. Added a chance of dropping a Dragon Egg on Death! (see config)
2. Fixed unnecessary info: "[Server thread/WARN]: [DragonSlayer] Could not save config.yml to plugins\DragonSlayer\config.yml because config.yml already exists."
3. Fixed vault hook: No more errors if vault isn't installed, instead it just disables the money reward!
4. Added McStats Metrics and Updater (which you can disable if you want to!)
5. Fixed dragonslayer.* permission, it now actually does something!

Spawn timer resets every reload/restart
