1.unknown, teleported while on ground

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to arrive at location, instead appeared a many blocks under portal,sometimes fell out of world (both of which kill people on survival)

happens in rows, sometimes more frequent then other times

I've duplicated the bug, the reason being the land is too far away and the chunks aren't loaded, so you just fall through, I haven't started fixing it yet though
