Putting a Residence For Sale

First Line: contains [ForSale] to declare that you are putting this Residence for Sale.
Second Line: contains the price at which you want to put this on the market for.
Third Line: is optional for putting in the Residence name, if left blank, it will retrieve the Residence the sign is located in.
Fourth Line: leave blank.

If done properly, you will see this as a result

Putting a Residence For Rent PICTURE OUT OF DATE
First Line: contains [Rent] to declare that you are putting this Residence for Rent.
Second Line: contains 3 parameters. The first is the cost for rent, second is how many days to rent for, third is if you want it to AutoRenew.
Third Line: is optional for putting in the Residence name, if left blank, it will retrieve the Residence the sign is located in.
Fourth Line: leave blank.
