    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Have craftbukkit 1.6.2 server
    2. (Vault installed)
    3. Try to install plugin.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Expected output is that plugin folder will be created after running the server, and that plugin will be installed. Instead, plugin is not installed and folder does not exist.

    What version of the product are you using?
    The latest

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No
