Beta of v2.2.0

IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE UPDATING A PRE-EXISTING INSTALLATION OF MCTOWNS, FOLLOW THE STEPS HERE.

This should be the only time a manual intervention is needed; future versions beyond 2.2.0 will be able to detect previous installations and perform any necessary upgrade steps itself.

Fixes many bugs, especially ones caused by trying to run commands with offline players, and ones caused by trying to delete regions in worlds that have been deleted.

Main new feature is the Remote Administration Client. Everything is working EXCEPT filtering with the top-right search bar. That only works on the Player tab for now. Should have that working by release. You can grab the remote admin client as a separate download.

Also, thanks to the magic of Maven, we're now back to just a single .jar download, instead of a zip.
