This plugin uses the Skype4j API, so you will need to download another jar and install that as well. Please follow these instructions:

1. Download and install the MCSkype jar.
2. Create a new folder in you plugins folder called "lib".
3. Grab the latest build of Skype4j here. You do not need to download the jars with "javadoc" and "sources" in their titles.
4. Rename the file to "Skype4j.jar".
5. Place the Skype4j jar file into your lib folder.
6. Restart your server. The plugin should give you an error. This is because the config.yml file needs a username and password for the Skype account you are using. Open the config.yml file (inside the MCSkype folder), and enter your username and password. If you would like to use a guest account, leave the password blank.
7. Restart your server again, and you're done! :)
