What is MassiveCore?
MassiveCore is a Bukkit plugin that contains components the MassiveCraft developers use for developing other Bukkit plugins:
- ItemStack and Inventory serialization
- Commands
- Plugin Integration
- Data storage with JSON
- Disc IO
- … and much more …
Install
- Stop your server.
- Put MassiveCore.jar in your plugins folder.
- Start your server again.
Plugins Using MassiveCore
Internet Connections
MassiveCore sends anonymous usage statistics to bstats.org when your server starts and downloads the latest sponsor configuration file from massivecraft.com hourly. You can disable these internet connections by setting "metricsEnabled" and "sponsorEnabled" to false at the very bottom of the main configuration file.

i use the craftbukkit fork from spigot
@XxthedarkkingxX Why wouldn't you want Spigot or PaperSpigot? That sounds a bit dumb.
is there a way to use massive core without spigot. i dont use spigot on my server and im really hoping to not have to unistall this along with factions

I cant put it in my server host the file is too big is there a smaller version of the core?
@ckvoss
If you are still encountering this problem go to the mstore/massivecore_conf/instance.json file. Then change "usingRecipientChatEvent" to false.
How long did it take you guys to create this plugin it is soo well made
Hello, my server wanted to get factions today, so i saw i need mcore for it, which i got, but when I installed it, every time someone talked, they talked twice Example: Hey guys! Hey guys! This made spam. I would really love for someone to help me out on this Thanks

I am running a Kcauldron 1.7.10 server and I am getting this error everytime I login for the first time after booting the server:
what is causing this.
@steven10130
Update to Spigot, or update Spigot.
@SirFaizdat
http://www.massivecraft.com/massivecore
@Glitchblade
Always use the latest available version of Spigot as that is what Factions is built against. Dev Bukkit does not let you select the latest version.
@CheesyGamingFTW
We don't support older versions of MassiveCore and Factions, please update.
@LardPerk
You have edited the mplayer data file in mstore, please undo whatever changes you have done to it. Always backup configuration files and databases before manually editing them.
@LouisSphinx
This is from Factions. You can find the configuration outline here: http://www.massivecraft.com/factions-configure
Set chatSetFormat to false
@obsidiancraftfactions
Your server provider has restrictions on the size of files you can upload it, you should contact your provider. If you installed multicraft you can ask them how to raise this limit (http://www.multicraft.org/site/contact)

Hey Whenever I Try To Add Massive Core v2.8.0 It Comes Up With <> Around The Names How can I Get Rid Of It?
Image Here- http://prntscr.com/8mmrax
How can fix that erros? http://hastebin.com/edeyuqozed.pl Or disable them from the console?
Can I have the source for factions 2.6 (1.7 only) and the source for massivecore 7.3 (1.7 only) I want to update it to 1.8 because factions 2.6 is better than 2.7 IMO. My players find it easier to use. My server is 1.8 only though.
I do get the follow error when someone join
