What is MassiveCore?
MassiveCore is a Bukkit plugin that contains components the MassiveCraft developers use for developing other Bukkit plugins:
- ItemStack and Inventory serialization
- Commands
- Plugin Integration
- Data storage with JSON
- Disc IO
- … and much more …
Install
- Stop your server.
- Put MassiveCore.jar in your plugins folder.
- Start your server again.
Plugins Using MassiveCore
Internet Connections
MassiveCore sends anonymous usage statistics to bstats.org when your server starts and downloads the latest sponsor configuration file from massivecraft.com hourly. You can disable these internet connections by setting "metricsEnabled" and "sponsorEnabled" to false at the very bottom of the main configuration file.

guys as we slowly approach the weekend i can assure they are getting it done as soon as possible please read this message and end it at this message people who are trying to get a clear visual of what is going on cannot because all we are doing is flooding the comments section, so im going to tell everyone the problem...
Factions and mcore now go together mcore is needed to run factions, the dev's of these plugins are working on fixing them as of now the only problems are that they need to be updated please do not spam any more usless comments about them not fixing it, we are approaching the weekend and itll be done soon.!!
@DelphiCraft
Downgrade to factions 1.8.2 which doesn't require mcore.
@DelphiCraft
I'm having the same issue. Please update!
Broken on Spigot 1.6.2 - breaks Factions, and thus breaks any area protections. Hoping this gets updated before all hell breaks loose.
Anyone have a download link to one that works with 1.6.2?
Yup, MCore 6.4.3 busted with 1.6.2.
@zRA1Nz
You are not alone. I just tried the new 1.6.2 bukkit and mcore refused to load therefore factions refused to load. I'm sticking with 1.6.1 bukkit until this issue is resolved with mcore.
Factions broke on 1.6.2
God where is MCore 6.4.X ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
I'm not sure if it is this plugin doing this or if it is something else. Anyways back in 1.5.2 before I had this plugin i would only be useing around 900m-1000m of ram now that i have this plugin in 1.6 my server uses around 900m-1600m of ram.
I'm hoping the problem is the crappy Bukkit dev build since I now need this plugin for factions.
I just downloaded the newest version of mcore and protocollib, but it's still giving the warning that mcore doesnt depend on protocollib.
@kwek20
Had the same problem, try adding the perm node mcore.notpdelay
@kwek20
Try doing it and saving the file while the server is online, then reloading the plugin in-game on on-console while the server stays online. (Then restart the server if you want.)
"permissionToTpdelay": {
"mcore.notpdelay": 0,
"default": 10
}
to 4 seconds, it flips back to 10.
I tried a reboot, without succes.
I tried editing while the server is down, but it jsut changes back...
Any help?
So, we can use this instead of multiverse? Do we have to do anything if we already have more than one world and we switch out multiverse for this plugin (assuming we have to)? Also, will MCore/Factions work for 1.6? Thanks.
help! im trying to install this plugin so i can use factions but i keep getting an error. I have java updated and everything... Here is the error:

@Mike10221999
How will I do this? I'm on a mac, please help, ty!
Is this compatible with Multiverse?
I really really really love this! Beautifully done. I really hope more plugin devs see this.
