Added support for PlaceholderAPI <-> McJobs

You can use Placeholders in McJobs language and HERE is a list of all placeholder available by McJobs
Enjoy with the update.

Btw:
- replace the old jar with the new one.
- Add to config.yml:

hooks:
  placeholderapi:
    use: false
    list-seperator: ', '

- restart server
- run command "/jadm language" to add 2 new strings in language files.
