This update is the Scoreboard update. It's disable in the config and you can configurate how it look and which jobs are displayed on it.

But first, add please the follow lines on end of the config.yml:

  update-interval: 30

  template:

  - '&2%jobname &e%level &6%rank'
  - '%placeholder&3%hasexp&f/&c%needexp'

Here you can configurate the display type per job, the update interval and is it active for the players.

After add and update your jar file in plugin folder, please run ingame as admin /jadm language to update the language file.
In the language file can you find the Scoreboard header and few messages for the new user command.

The command /mcjobs scoreboard was added now and can be used by users ( permission "mcjobs.scoreboard" ).
The users can be select the order and sort with the command. Use the command without parameters to see all available parameters with description ( description only on use WE or Spigot server )
