McEMP
McEMP
This simple plugin prevents blocks from changing their redstone state (current) in a configurable period of time.
It can be enabled/disabled either in-game (/emp on | /emp off) or by setting the "enable" property in plugins/McEMP/config.yml to "false" or "true". Also in config.yml there is an option ("world") to set the world the plugin takes the time of and two properties ("on-time" and "off-time") to set the in-game time redstone current changes should be enabled ("on-time") or disabled ("off-time").
It is intended to reduce lag at servers with many ongoing redstone clocks or other circuits that can produce lag.
WARNING Redstone clocks might need to be reactivated after the plugin has enabled them again!
This doesn't stop Redstone repeaters at all :/ I've created a few to test it and ran /emp on and waited a few and then ran /emp off and waited a few and the redstone didn't stop triggering.

Ok, that was fixed in the latest version. you can now change on-time(when rs turns on) and off -time(rs turns off), all in config.yml.
Maybe an optone to cose if its night or day or both when it turns off the redstone, i wanna use it with my !stoplag command that my server admins have access to when the server is lagging
