All commands are now accessible via /tetris or their original names.

Spectating players are returned to their original, (presumably) safe locations after the game is restored
If a user logs out during a Tetris game that he or she is spectating and returns after it's over, then the player will not be returned to his or her original location; however, I am working on a graceful way to do this without the potential for memory leaks, and it should presently be impossible to get trapped in the ground if the Tetris field was created where solid blocks were at.
