Bukkit

Fixes:

* Handle when the database is tampered with more gracefully

* Handle when two instances of Bukkit try and use the same H2 database file gracefully

* Dependencies updated: Hibernate, Sentry

* Event Listeners are now triggered first, before other plugins. This should fix some issues with third party chat plugins and mutes

* Rename iplookup command to checkban command. It still has the old alias, it's just a semantics thing
