What is MassiveTickets?
MassiveTickets is a help ticket plugin. Usage of the plugin goes like this:
- Player files a help ticket.
- Moderator picks the ticket.
- Moderator helps Player.
- Moderator or Player marks the ticket as done.
- Moderator gets a point in the weekly highscore.
Notable about the plugin design:
- Only one ticket per player at a time.
- If a player logs out their ticket is marked as done automatically.
- Moderators must mark themselves as working to be counted.
Install
- Stop your server.
- Put MassiveCore.jar in your plugins folder. Download MassiveCore here on BukkitDev.
- Put MassiveTickets.jar in your plugins folder.
- Start the server again.
- Modify /mstore/massivetickets_mconf/instance.json to your liking.
- Configure permissions.

- /t l,list [page=1] list the tickets
- /t s,show [player=you] show a ticket
- /t c,create <message> create a new ticket

MassiveTickets 1.2.1 MCore 7.1.X for CB 1.7.5 Is now uploaded and awaiting approval from the BukkitDev team :)
@Drath_13
I personally think you shouldn't Make them a staff member if you don't trust them
would you consider adding SQL support for multi-server clusters? I am using spigot servers with bungee and having multiple server support would be awesome.
MassiveTickets 1.2.0 MCore 7.0.X for 1.7.2 is now pending approval from the BukkitDev team.
great plugin! Add the feature to see where the ticket is made and tp to ticket location. Usefull for cheat report! And also make a internal message send to user...
MassiveTickets 1.1.2 MCore 6.8.0 CB 1.6.4-R0.1 is now uploaded and pending approval.
This plug-in is amazing. My only concern is if a player and a mod work together and cheat the system. Is there anyway to prevent this?
MassiveTickets 1.1.1 MCore 6.7.X is now pending approval.
No new features. Just compiled against MCore 6.7.X.
@Cayorion
I sometimes get tickets that stay for players that are offline, there is no way in game to remove it. I have to delete it from file.
is possible to have 1.5.2 support with mcore 6.4.1?
@Cayorion
I see, thanks for letting me know! I understand now :)
@burntapples
It's actually supposed to state "twerking" instead of "working". Check out the achievement page for more twerking related madness: http://www.massivecraft.com/massivetickets.
Memes grow dull and boring after a while. I will probably replace twerking with some other brand new meme is a couple of months.
@joshwenke
Since you developed some plugins on your own I'm sure you can figure out the reasons yourself :) Anyhow:
1. I support MongoDB. MongoDB supports JSON and not YAML. 2. MCore is a shared library. Usage of shared libraries increases development speed, Reduces risk for bugs and is file-size/memory-usage-size efficient.
@monstercat101
Thanks.
No you will have to teleport to the player that made the ticket. The creation location is not stored. Hopefully that player will be nearby. In case they log out their ticket is going to be deleted anyways. This may sound strange but is part of the plugin design. When using other ticket systems we just found ourselves manually removing the tickets for offline players.
Hi!, well I installed massive ticket, I restarted my PC but it never worked when I use /t I get the message to send a Private message (essentials)

YES love a good ticketing plugin, I use so many of your plugins, you are my idol.
Is there anyway we can have mods be tpd to the place where the player files the ticket when picking a ticket, or to have the coords listed? This is for reporting grief, or showing a glitch area etc.
Noooo why can't you use YAML and not depend on mcore?!
best ticketing plugin ive found so far. but theres one thing...
I dont know if it was meant to be or someone played a prank on your code xD
MassiveTickets 1.1.0 MCore 6.6.x is now pending approval.
Looks cool Cayorion, any plans on adding more features to it (like priorities / comments), or not?
