Bugfix where it wasn't checked correctly if the other player is online (when self marriage is used) and caused an error.

Added option to disable Vault-Permissions. (If some permissions aren't working properly try to set the "VaultPermissions" setting to "false")
Added color code replacement to the prefix. (Now you can use & instead of ยง to bring colors to the prefix. This should reduce problems with the encoding of the config file)
