What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I create a new spell,
2. I create a new wand and implement both
3. I restart the server
4. I load it back up with the new stuff
5. I try to use the new spell.
6. The wand works, but when I try to use the spell, I get the error, "Error with config: Not a actual spell"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to see my new WolfPack spell summon 5 wolves that are tamed rather than the spell Wolf that spawns 1 tamed wolf.

What version of the product are you using?
MagicalSpells v1.62

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Nothing appears in the prompt.

Please provide any additional information below.
Blessball doesn't work either
I even tried to use the FusRoDa example, I used an exact copy and paste, and it still didn't work. Still the same error.
