• Remove the block physics listener. This probably breaks the Portal spell, but I didn't check. It may also negatively impact Cushion.

This is in response to @Silversbane's report of the block physics handler being called 330 million times, which I guess makes sense. But even a simple "is timestamp older than X" called 330 million times can chew up some cycles, so I'm removing this.

This change may or may not go into 3.0.0, depending on how this works out.

CAVEATS:

• Enchanting is BROKEN in CB#3 of 1.7 - it will be cost-free. Don't use the enchanting if you're on that CB build.
• Enchanting is a little wonky, due to having to swap out the item for an enchantable one
• Combining wands on an anvil is glitchy but works (you have to click the empty result slot)
