I'm changing the way the config files work to make uncustomized upgrades easier. This is actually the main reason for this release, so we're not creating config files that won't get overwritten later, as I want to update and change things around a bit - for one the config files are missing a lot of the newer building materials.

Other changes:

• Fix wands losing spells when placed in chests immediately after creation
• Some changes and fixes to the "absorb" spell so the wand doesn't collect a million materials, unless you want it to.
• A few other fixes, including a startup warning.
