The screenshot is what i tried to use.

The Filter seems not to send items to something different than a chest.
my filter:> iron right & ironore + coal left

the iron will be transfered to the chest, but the furnace will not recieve any coal or ironore.
but the furnace gets powerd by the filter & and the furnace is working correct if powered by a chest relay.
(using a fabricator instead of extended furnace relay causes same problem).

Hope you'll get the problem ... (using 4.1.9)

Hey there, to understand why you can't send from a splitter directly to a furnace, you have to know that some of the machines intelligently choose items to pull out of the sender's inventory.

The splitter, fabricator and furnace/brewing relays do this.

Of course that doesn't work if the sender doesn't have an inventory, like the item splitter. So you have to make sure that the furnace is receiving from a machine with an inventory, like a standard item relay. Putting an item relay in between the splitter and the furnace relay will work.

@Lyneira: Go Hey there, I'm here to report this issue as well. Unlike Sebi, I am going straight to chests from the filter. I have many filters and only the gold ore one works. In the first part of my factory is a filter with only Coal and Charcoal on one side, and the rest should go to a 3-stack of chests. The fuel is being sent to the 3-stack just like everything else. I can upload screen shots to verify the build if needed. You could also connect to my server to verify but I'd have to be on to TP you

Hey there, I'm not sure what exactly isn't working for you, I was able to successfully sort coal/charcoal and carrots with a basic splitter setup. Could you post a screenshot of the build you're using?

I've reported this as bug also in ticket #67 but have also listed my findings based your information. I think you should mention on Factory pages that the filter/splitter doesn't have an inventory.

That said this is still a kick ass plugin.
