• '/ buy <lottery name>' is now a viewable command.
• '/l load' now works
• The following commands now support multiple lotteries:
  • /l create <lottery names>
  • '/l load <lottery names>'
  • '/l reload <lottery names>'

May contain some minor/major bugs
