Once again this build is still in beta, and be sure to back up your config before updating.

• Vault is NO LONGER required as a dependency, though reccomended
• If you do not use vault, you must use the material defined in "material-id", and use "material-name" for control over the currency name
• Added default "warning-times" to warn users about a lottery's time and use "warning-message" for control over that message
• Command "/lottery addtopot <lottery name> <amount>" now substracts from the users balance. The permission for this command was switched over to "lottery.admin.addtopot"
• Fixed bug with setting "max-tickets" to less than 0
• Fixed some bugs with permissions
