    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.If the winner is offline, Lottery says "XY has won," but to XY's account there are no changes.
       If it help you, see the config from me.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Nothing

    What version of bukkit and lottery plugin are you using?
    Craftbukkit 1.1-R4

    Are you using any economy plugins? If so, which?
    iConomy [6.0.8b] (iConomyChestShop [3.35]
