LorinthsRpgMobs
This is a simple 'plug and play' plugin that adds a difficulty to creatures, and a Level Indication based on their distance from Spawn. The current formula to get the mobs level is by default as follows....
(((Distance from closest spawnpoint) - CenterBuffer) / Distance) + 1 = Mob Level

This gives the result of creatures 0 - 49 blocks from spawn = Level 1. 50-99 = Level 2, etc

The distance value of, 50, can be modified by your own choice
What these levels change and add...

Increases Damage / Health a monster has (these levels play into configurable formulas that increase damage and health)

Adds armor to creatures at specific increments (configurable)

Gives different loot drops based on level
Level Regions
Level regions can be created (in conjunction with World Guard) to create zones of stronger/weaker mobs!
You simply create a level region with the worldguard id and give it a level!
From there you can customize mob names based on regions!
Mob Variants
Commands
- /lrm - displays all available commands of the ones listed below (if not listed check permissions)
- /lrm butcher [radius] - kills all entities loaded in world that aren't tamed
- /lrm region - access to all region commands
- /lrm reload - saves/reloads config files
- /lrm spawnpoint - access to all spawnpoint commands
- /lrm update - updates the plugin, takes effect after server restart

- lrm.admin - gives access to most the commands above
- lrm.butcher - gives access to the butcher command
- lrm.update - gives access to /lrm update - uses auto updater to allow for automatic updates!

@goodsky your problem is that you're using craftbukkit 1.6.4 and mythicdrops for 1.7.2. mythicdrops imports minecraft classes, the name of these classes changes with each version. so if the versions don't match it will give you an error saying the class/method was not found.
the problem should be fixed if you disable sockets like kitsfu said. disabling the sockets is mythicdrops own way of solving the problem.
updating your craftbukkit to 1.7.2 should indeed fix the problem as well, if you don't want to update craftbukkit, you can downgrade mythicdrops to a mythicdrops version meant for 1.6.4. just make sure your using the mythicdrops version made for the cb version your using
still, disabling sockets would be the most elegant way

Well we dont want to have to make you choose one plugin or the other. Give the error to the mythic drops guy he should be able to figure it out. But once you contact him let me know, and we'll iron out the problem.
We've fixed problems previously and i'm sure we can fix this one

Which version are you using? Also what version is your server? Also try reloading your server it might have done something odd with the language files.

Check the latest version of craftbukkit and was reversed, the error is gone.
But my server to be replaced by a later version of craftbukkit, if that does not work there are many different plug-ins. Therefore 'Mythic Drops' and 'Lorinthsrpgmob' We can not use it at the same time. Craftbukkit now in use, I would use only one of them, the error will not appear. (Tough choices. Mythic Drops? Lorithsrpgmob? RPG server have both so attractive!)
Unfortunately, I have to change the server until craftbukkit version, will not be able to use this plug-in. I really, really too bad.
and is there a reason why I downloaded it and put it in and all mobs have something like: "Level2 null" haha? all of them are null?
Just got to say lorinthios, this plugin is great and thank you for your work to keep it up-to-date!:) I cannot wait until it becomes in yml files configurations like Epicboss did!
Yep that looks like mythic drops as they have said, have you tried posting on his plugin page?

I just tried it out and i get no errors from skeletons shoting at me. And i got both MythicDrops and Lorinthsrpgmobs.
And i too use minecraft 1.6.4
We both use the same version of MythicDrops. I assume your problem is with the "sockets" since i got them disabled, while you got them enabled i assume, and they are mentioned in your error report towards the end of it.

the very first line of the error says: could not pass event to mythicdrops. further down you can see in which class and line the problem occured. the class that seems to have the problem is a mythicdrops class. lorinthsrpgmobs does not show up in the stacktrace at all.
if you have a specifick reason to think its a lorinthsrpgmobs error, and not a mythicdrops error it might be usefull if you could mention what that reason is.
also try to reproduce this error while mythicdrops is removed from your plugin folder. try again with lorinthsrpgmobs removed.
if the error only shows up when both plugins are installed it could be a compatebility issue. but if the error persists after removing lorinths, the problem is with mysticdrops. if the error persist after removing mythicdrops, the problem is with lorinthsrpgmobs.
please post back your findings, im curious and lorinthios would be able to help you better.
I've found another error.
Skeletons shoot arrows, Bukkit's console window, the following error message floats.

In addition, damage to the skeleton of the arrows 1 level or 100 level, apply equally.
Types of monsters melee damage for each level are applied correctly, but an error with skeleton damage is not applied properly. [Blaze's fire damage, Ghast's fireball did not check yet. But Blaze is correctly applied to the melee attack.]

Also, how would you want the heroes exp customization to work? Just ability to put a customizable formula? Like health and damage are?

Awesome! I'll see what i can do for this! Also, i think suwako was thinking mc exp, which was requested before i just hadn't got to it. But it wouldn't be terribly difficult to setup tonight

that would be neat, especially with a Class plugin
but the problem will be hooking into that plugin to give XP... I use Heroes, for example, and the API of heroes is... well... not very advanced. But there are some plugins that do hook, Quests by Blackvein is one example. But i don't know if he would be happy to share his secret...

I think, the higher level mob should give player more exp。
Also, we're getting close to the 1,000 download mark! So thanks for the support guys and hope I can keep giving good updates =)

10 would be the level at which the mob needs to be over to execute the command. Mobs would look at the highest level they qualify for and execute it
example would be...
So I would make a chance qualifier. So if you used that quest, you would want it in a region that has level 10+ zombies. Also if they managed to go towards level 20 zombie the item/command would change to giving 1 stone at a 25% chance. Or it could be economy plugins, etc.
But yeah, I suppose using Serversigns and such you could make "Quests" to work with this system!
Does "10" represent that there's 10% chance for the command to be run when the mob die? Can you also add a permission node as requirement for being able to get the onDeath command? (lorinthsrpgmobs.onDeath)
Hm.. ;) Then we can make stuff like this:
Time Limited Daily Quest. "Within 10 minutes, kill enough zombies so you get the quest item(Dead Shrub). Turn it in at the reward sign for 100 coins!"
Require plugins: Lorinthsrpgmobs + Serversigns + PermissionsEx
Look at a sign with the text: 'Click Here to start quest.' and add these commands to the sign:

One can perhaps even throw in * node as player and something fun like thunderstorm + night and thus make it an server wide 'contest event' instead. .. We will be able to make so many things :3 ... Quests, Timed Quests, Donator Perks, Mob slayer titles, Suprise bosses, Mob made bounties on the killer, mob disguise on player chance, etc etc.

Alright looked up the error, and it looks like its a difference of Java versions. Just try to get java updated and it should work. Are you running the server locally or on a dedicated host?
